A levels and USA?

So I'm an international student and I'm currently doing my last year of 'high school.' Well I do A-levels here, which is the english system and I'd like to know how much US universities take those into consideration while looking at your application. I know they mostly look at your SAT results, but would it make a difference if you had for example; </p>

<p>2200 in SAT and AAA for your A-levels
or 2200 and ACC?</p>

<p>Most big universities do know the A-levels. In this case, having good grades in those courses can indeed enhance your application.</p>
