Case Western is no longer free ($70). University of Minnesota - Twin Cities offers a waver to (high stats?) OOS applicants.

not sure if this has been said, but some schools will email you saying they waived your fee. I know not all of us check every single email from these schools, as there becomes a lot of spam, but you can search “fee waived” in your email and the ones that wave ur fee should show up
