A list of universities that use five or more passing grades, alpha with +/-

Does any one know a list of universities and a university that use five or more passing grades, alpha with +/- ?

They grade students with letter grades A+ A A- B+ B B- ...

insteaf of just A, B, C, D.

Bump…

I can’t any university using five or more passing grades, alpha with +/-.

There is no such list.

Well, I can tell you that Rice uses such a system. I’m not sure why it’s important, but there you have it.

Well, the thing is I am going to start pre-med and I prefer to get a 3.3 GPA instead of a 3.0 in some of the weak courses.

I can not find a single university and forget about RIce. It is so hard for me to get in.

[The Grading System](http://www.college.upenn.edu/grades/index.php)

The schools in the University of North Carolina system use the +/- grading system

Always a chance you’ll get a 2.7.

Also, it’s nice getting a 90% and having that turn into a 4.0.

Any other states that use the similar system ?
