<p>My question is..for Teacher & councelor rec, do I just use the forms on the Common Appl website, or the Duke ones??</p>
<p>I used the Duke Pre-App and then the Common Application including the teacher recs and counselor rec and midyear report. (and of course scores, etc)</p>
<p>If one were to apply ED they would also use the Duke First Term Grade Report form, but not if they are applying RD.</p>
<p>Yes, the most important thing is just be consistent. Don't use the common app for everything else and then use Duke's recommendations; fill out Duke's common app supplement, but use the common app for everything else.</p>
