A Little Confused

I was looking at UCLA’s admission statistics, and I don’t know how to interpret the first chart under High School Course Work. Can anyone help me?

Students who have 19+ semesters of UC-approved honors, AP, IB, or CCC courses have a 45.73% chance of being admitted. About 54.71% of all admitted students have 19+ semesters of those courses. 19+ semesters = 9.5+ years = 9.5+ honors/AP/IB/CCC courses.
