A Little Nervous, But Chance Me Please...

This is my first time using this site and it seems there so many experienced high school graduates giving out good advice that I just had to make an account. Thanks a lot for the help guys and please be honest.

Here are my stats:

In-State

Major of Choice: Biology

Class Rank: 61 out of 580

GPA: 3.77 Weighted 4.27 Unweighted

S.A.T: CR/660 Math/650 CR/720

AP Tests Taken- AP English I/4 US History/4 Chemistry/4

AP Classes Currently Taking- Environmental Science, English Lit. Economics, European History, Statistics, Biology, U.S. Government

E.C. (Really Lacking Here):

Football Team - (Sophomore Year Only)
Completion of 50 Hour Community Service Program at a Local Hospital
National Honor Society, Mau Alpha Theta, Spanish Honor Society (No Officer Position)
President of Ping Pong Club :D

I've already sent in my transcript, but I am also planning on sending an updated transcript after the first semester is over in January because I will get all A's for sure in 6 AP classes (5.0 in my school district). This is spike up my GPA and finally put me in top 10% of my class for sure. (I'm only 3 people away from top 10 right now.) I was wondering if this would actually help as I plan on sending my entire application in before December is over.

Your in regardless of the spike in GPA. Of course, it will be guaranteed then, but your still in either way.
