<p>Hi, I'm going to apply for transfer (I'm sophomore at a state college) and wondering if it is still good to get a letter of recommendation from an instructor, not a professor. She's neither a grad assistant nor a part-time instructor. Will colleges/universities still consider and look at my LOR if it's written by an instructor? Also, would anyone please tell me whether I, on Common App, should waive or NOT waive my right to review LOR and supporting documents? Thanks a lot in advance!</p>
