I have pretty much narrowed my choices down to Clemson and A&M University. Both are rural and in total different areas compared to where i am now(MN). I want to go for computer science and am looking for a good school but also a decent climate. Anyone have any input? btw I was accepted to both. Clemson will cost me about $17k/yr, not sure about A&M but i don't want to make money a big factor. I know id fit in at A&M since I am a white conservative and i'm sure clemson is similar.

Clemson.

College Station = lame.
Clemson = beautiful.

weather wise or scenery?

Scenery. Plus Clemson chicks are hotter.(disregard the 2nd statement if you are a woman)

So are these chicks hot or just hotter than A&M? thanks for posting. and yes i am a male, a straight one.

Both have hot girls.

Grade A women, IMO. At least from what I have seen.

College ******* gives Clemson girls an A(but A&M an A-, so they aren't bad either).

College Station is an hour from Houston, hour from Austin. Bryan/College Station is not terribly rural or lame any more. It has grown considerably with the University. Both have decent sports programs if that is you thing. College Station women? At A&M everybody says "Howdy". How much more of an opening do you need? Nice choices to have. I don't know much about the CS programs at either these days.

TAMU >>>> Clemson

definitely Clemson. i got to high school in south carolina, columbia to be more exact, and clemson gets a lot of good students. its no ivy league, but still a very good public school. and yes, the women are very fine. very very fine.

"TAMU >>>> Clemson"

Could you tell me why you think so please?

i don't know a lot about A&M except for this one professor who is a jackass. he basically doesn't care about his students and only teaches [some form of math] so that he could do research.
everyone i know that goes there is a douche, too.
plus clemson just seems better statistically
