This one sounds particularly interesting, although I can’t see D in Montana :).</p>

Michael Pollan, who has probably done more than any other single living person to change the way people think about food, majored in English Literature at Bennington.

Perhaps Mr. Pollan would say that the Food Scientists are part of the problem rather than part of the solution?</p>
