a message from a failed man INT'L

I am an INTERNATIONAL and thinking of transferring after finishing my freshman year. What will I need to do so? my old SAT I and II scores? HS transcrpit? HS rec's? and college gpa? and what else?

Also is it ok if I take SAT again anytime during my freshman year and submit the retaken one (if I can choose)?

I know these schools like Cornell and Columbia already denied me, but my parents can't pay for my $50,000+ at least cost for 4 years.. I will have to move and get at least some amount of FA, even the school I will have to transfer to is of lesser prestige.. (now I am probably going to UC Berkeley; and my major is Chem Eng.)

I can't think of many things now, but I will have more specific questions later after I do my own little research. thanks.

Summary; I'm not asking if I have a good shot at transferring to those schools I mentioned. Just asking what I will need and if retaking SAT is ok or no.

Usually at schools were intl. aid is limited, transfer intl. aid is even more limited.

For most schools, once you have 30 college credits they do not want to see your high school record, including SAT scores. All they are interested in is your college GPA, etc.
