<p>In UCB a minor in something that is basically 5 upper division courses that relate to that minor's subject. I know that the main courses can't overlap from my major, but could prerequisites for the "minor" overlap?</p>

<p>I suppose thickness is in style this summer season. Perhaps others would like to know the answer to the question you posed in the first post of the thread? </p>
<p>You see, this forum is like a historical record. People in the future will search these threads and rest assured, it will be highly frustrating when they spot a question they had themselves but instead of the answer being posted, the thread simply says the OP got his/her answer so end of story. </p>
<p>My point is that it would be most considerate to help others by posting the answer you received or realized. </p>

<p>Why would I want to help other people … jk. If you read the question the answer seems obvious. I am not going to take a prerequisite twice (MCB 102) in order to take (NUSCTX) 121 for a moltox minor and (PLANTBI C112) for a MB major.</p>
<p>p.s. I would rather be thick than thin.</p>
