A 'Motivated' CC Student - Do I Have a Shot?

(I'm sorry about the confusion in the title. 'CC' was referring to community college, NOT College Confidential...As I'm already aware that I'm very much below the par of a typical College Confidential student.)

I will be attending a community college next year and I'm aiming to use it as a stepping stone to my higher goals. Transferring to an out of state/top college will be much more difficult than from a 4 year university, but I'm keeping a positive mindset and praying for the best.

My interests are in Bio/Chem and I'm hoping to see if med is right for me.

My HS Stats:
My SAT I (Dec. 07) 2200+
National Merit Commendation
Various state recognition for music/sport
Been volunteering from 8th-11th grade

With a 4.0 at the CC, what kind of shot would I have at these colleges?

Johns Hopkins
UPenn
Cornell
Columbia
Brown
Stanford
Duke
UCLA
UCB
U of Michigan-AA
U of Chicago
Boston College

Please respond if you have any experience with a similar case and be brutal!
Also, any other advice would be helpful.

Thanks a lot guys.

Sorry no one has responded, but I think you'll have more of a chance of getting replies if you move your thread to the Transfers forum. I can sa that if you're coming from a California CC, then a 4.0 GPA is more than enough for Cal or UCLA.
