A non us student confusion. Please give advice

Hi,
I'm a non us undergrad student (about to enter 2nd year) currently studying business managementn at a top university in my home country. My goal is to enter top US mba program. I know that some b schools encourage college seniors to apply but i feel discouraged as i only have 3.2 gpa and its very hard for me to gain internship at internationally recognized companies here because they dont give many such opportunity (as i live in developing country companies already overload with full time job seekers as it i let alone intern seekers). And a lot of b school preferred their candidates to have working experience and i doubt my future working experience will impress them as many international companies here hire foreign graduates. My question is what do you suggest for me to do? and if i take a master degree abroad so that i will be able to work in internationally reputable companies (enhance my employability), what kind of master degree should i get and what university/ies would you recommend? ( i have high interest in accounting/finance).
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
