<p>I file papers at CMU and I've noticed A LOT more people waitlisted than accepted or rejected this year. There are definitely more ppl waitlisted than rejected so far (I think this is RD now). </p>

<p>i think colleges are afraid that there is going to be less yield this year since students are applying to more colleges. so waitlisting more kids makes sense to me.</p>

<p>They have a huge book of Accept/Reject/Waitlist but no names. I'd have to look up the numbers corresponding to the account which is risky so you'll just have to wait :)</p>

<p>No they don't have the decisions out for EVERYONE. Plus I bet its different for transfers.</p>

<p>I've seen a HUGE stack of papers but I have no idea what a stack of 18,000+ apps looks like but I definitely know some applications are yet to be filed (some ppl are still missing information while others are bein reviewed).</p>
<p>They will probably not be as late as April to send out final decisions.</p>
