I know this is an old thread, but was wondering what the current daap co-op situation is? In previous years, i had read there were periods where the co-ops were difficult to get. Would love to hear from parents/students about recent daap co-op availability and their experiences?

we too are from montgomery county maryland. we just bought our freshman ID DAAPer a house off campus to live in when she is at UC and not on a co-op rotation starting her sophmore year. we wanted to take the stress off of her and us trying to find her a place to live when no on co-op. we want her to co-op all over the country or world to gain as much experience as possible. her dream job is to work for Marvel/Disney but they do not have a co-op with UC yet. we told her to take what ever co-op she can get to gain experience and learn as much as she can. i know it is a great thing to co-op by my part of the whole program is how much time do they have between co-ops and school to have a little break and see family and come home?
