a "practice" question....

throughout my SAT prep which started 2months ago, i have dealt with strategies more than practice...i have studied hundreds of tricks and stuff supposed to ace the score...and i have taken only 4-5 sample tests.. three on the last month...
i can get like 10full tests from different sources, do you think its time i gave up strategies and started practicing full-time until my Oct 14th SAT?

by the way, i have memorized like 1200 words but now i remember only 350 of them :)
which is really enough in sentence completions...
my scores vary between 1800-1850....my worst part is CR

um. DEFINITELY. I found that same exact problem at my SAT prep class this summer. my stupid teacher kept wasting time on test-taking STRATEGIES instead of helping us answer the actual questions...grrr...now i know what score i'll get if i randomly fill in bubbles, but NOT how to do the freakin' problems. i suggest you get the SAT prep books, and start taking practice tests.

what prep class did you guys take? (pr or kaplan)

i havent taken any, just prep books...but i have mainly focused on strategies....shall i move to full-time practice now?

does your CR hurt because of vocab ? 1200 are enough nd should glide you through
Which book are yo using?

my CR is smth like 500-560,,,
WR is like 620-680
MA is always 680+

if vocab's the problem, memorize the latin/greek roots.
they're as good as memorizing all your vocab words + more
