A problem from an international student

I got admitted by Elon and I don't know if I will finally enroll, though I have paid my deposit..

All these begin when yesterday, I found that I was also admitted by Grinnell( a highly ranked LAC), American U(good location----Washington DC), etc. I would like to ask you do me a favor: Help me make up my mind----for Elon and I have to say that I am really appreciate that!

Wow, good for you for getting three great opportunities. I'm from NC so would be inclined towards Elon (nice size, nice campus, good involvement/study abroad, but in an unexceptional town). If I wanted an urban environ I'd choose American. If I wanted LAC and was comfortable with a small, somewhat remote school I'd pick Grinnell. Academically I think Grinnell may be strongest but it's probably not for everyone. I suspect American is the best known and would be great for international contacts and DC's opportunities, but DC is, of course urban, and not the friendliness place around. Elon may be a happy median between the advantages/disadvantages of your other options. It definitely is friendly. Good luck.

Thank you very much, NCPOP.

I was admitted to American also. But I chose Elon for a few reasons:

-less expensive
-prettier campus
-not as "one track" (seems like a larger variety of intrests as opposed to American seems pretty heavily geared towards politics/international studies type stuff).
