A problem with standarized testing

I was researching colleges and I found this piece of information.

<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-search-selection/735100-yale-standardized-testing.html?highlight=yale+2009+march%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-search-selection/735100-yale-standardized-testing.html?highlight=yale+2009+march</a></p>

Yale requires applicants to submit the following testing:
The College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) SAT I and any two SAT II Subject Tests
or The ACT with Writing
Please note that beginning in March 2009, Yale will require that applicants submit all score results from the ACT, SAT I and SAT II testing.

My problem is, that two years ago, I had no idea what the subject tests were, and I took them instead of the reasoning test (SAT I). I didn't study at all, and ended up making a 480/480/590 on three subject tests. Plus, I already took the ACT a couple of times, and I think I am going to take it again, but I am worried about how much this standardized test situation will hurt my chances. I lost the sheet with my results for my SAT II scores, and I didn't register online to take them, so I don't know how I can even report them. This sucks because I am going to be applying as a sophomore transfer, and I know other top schools have similar policies to Yale's.

As a sop year transfer applicant, your standardized test scores will carry substantial weight, as will your HS record. They will be less important for a jr transfer, but are still likely to be looked at by a school as selective as Y.

No matter how you registered, the CB will still have all of your test scores and when you request and pay for them to be sent, they will send them directly to the schools.

As much as it is stupid to care about SAT scores for transfers in the soph/junior year, Yale will definitely be looking at it.

yeah, just as I thought. I tried to register online on collegeboard, and I cannot register without my ‘previous registration number’. I’ll try to call them and I see what will happen.
