A procrastinator's FSU application questions?

Greetings fellow Noles (hopefully)!

Due to the overwhelming tasks I carry out on a daily basis (i.e cross country, Sga, 5 ap classes (including ap bio)(why...)), independent lifestyle, etc.), I have regretfully pushed off the application for early decision admissions until recently. I have my latest ACT scores submitted already on file at fsu and the majority of the application completed (including the essay that I merely have to copy and paste into the application from a word document) except my transcript and SAT scores that I was incapable of sending due to the ambiguity behind sending SAT scores for free while registering for the test. Thus, my questions are (for those willing):

-if I mailed my official transcript in tomorrow, would I still be considered for early decision admission?
-will the October 2013 SAT scores (when those become available) account for early decision admission?
-since I have not been able to send in my SAT scores, should I send in expedited scores from May 2013 for $42 then pay another $42 for the expedited October 2013 scores?

Is there no way that you could have your transcripts sent electronically?

Yes, October SAT scores will count.

Don’t send in expedited. Just send SAT scores regular speed. Just make sure that you do that ASAP.

No offense, but honestly, I don’t think you have much of an excuse for procrastinating like this. The application has been up 2 1/2 months, of which a great portion of that was during summer when you didn’t have all those classes and such. You won’t find much sympathy here because lots of people have lots of commitments and still did it all.

Well I doubt the rest of the pool of applicants have as unsupportive parents as mine. I spent my summer walking to a VA Clinic each day to volunteer for up to 9 hours each day. Is that a viable enough ‘excuse’?

I dearly appreciate the response though.
