<p>This is just a friendly piece of advice to my fellow rising seniors (as well as juniors and sophomores who post on CC): You CAN get accepted to a good school with below average stats. Not to say you will, and don't get your hopes up, but you can get accepted to even an Ivy League school with below average stats. The reason why there is average stats? The schools take the high scoring students and the low scoring students and come up with an average!!! Just by having an average shows that these colleges accepted lower scoring students. Good luck with your college applications. By all means, apply to your dream school! But don't forget to apply to those safeties and matches, as well as the reaches!!</p>
