Well, I'm going to have a 2 days final in AP Bio class and I'm thinking of getting the Cliffnotes for AP Bio to review it over, but is possible for me to go through all 416 pages in 3.5 days?

I highly recommend Cliffs AP Bio. To do 416 pages in 3.5 days, you'd have to read approximately 118 pages per day. I think its definitely feasable. Good Luck :)

PR is much shorter though, and covers most of the material that will be tested, and for some reason I just didn't like Cliffs.
If you want a REALLY comprehensive review go and get Barron's AP Bio, or for a shorter condensed version get the PR.

What do you do in order to make sure that you remember the material pretty well because I read a section in my guide just once and when I look at the free-response I was like oh no I forgot what I just read 5-10 minutes ago?!

Hm... Draw pictures as u read. Just roughly sketch whatever u r reading. U can also act like a teacher and explain what u r reading to ur invisible students.
