A question about College Board fee waivers! (and fee waivers in general)

I received the College Board fee waivers from my counselor, but it appears that it is only applicable if I used a fee waiver to take the SAT I and/or SAT II tests, which I did not. Should I just scrap this whole thing? Is there some way I can salvage these forms for something else?

I found the NACAC form, and I am thinking of switching to that instead, but the problem is I am not sure how, when I send the form in, the schools will be able to match the fee waiver pu to my common application. It doesn't even ask me to input in my SS#! How are the schools supposed to verify my identity?

My counselor, who did the recommendations on paper, already sent it in, along with my transcripts, to each of the schools, even though I have not submitted my application online yet, (Procrastination!) so I definitely can't include it with that packet.

Definitely starting to panic now. Quick replies are loved and needed!

Would it be in my best interest to contact the school via phone as soon as possible?

a small bump :(!

If you were eligible for a CB fee waiver for the SAT, then you will meet the application fee waiver eligibility requirements for both the CB App Fee Waiver and the NACAC Fee Waiver. All Common App colleges accept both. The nice thing about the NACAC fee waiver is that you can print it yourself online. I suggest you ask your counselor if she would be willing to submit that on your behalf. Both you and she will need to sign it, and then she will need to mail it to each college. You in turn will need to select “NACAC Fee Waiver” on the payment page, which will enable you to submit your app. There is enough identifying info on the waiver that colleges will be able to match it with your app.
