<p>this goes for all uc's.
im wondering if the schools will care that i have a pretty wide range of major choices at different schools. for example, im applying to berkely as a undeclared/pre-bus., LA as an english major, irvine as premed, and sd as undeclared/biological sciences.
I chose pre-bus for berkely because i really want to end up in haas. i chose english for ucla beacuse im afraid i wont get in as a premed-bio major (i got a 690 on the bio sat ii's, and a 4 on the ap test). im afraid i wont get in sd as bio major since i think its pretty impacted.
im greatful for anyone who can shed light on my current situation.</p>
<p>As far as UCLA goes, it does not matter what Bio major you apply for. All Bio majors (except for some like Bioengineering) fall into the College of Letters and Science. </p>

<p>"For the College of Letters and Science, the applicant’s major is not considered during the review process."</p>
<p>get in as a premed??? if you want to be a doctor do the following: Apply undeclared to every single UC you are applying for (this is if you for SURE don't want to be any kind of engineer). Now for Cal, im not sure what to do, but bio is NEVER impacted.</p>
