A question about summer programs...

<p>Ok, I know that its not worth it to go to the summer programs that make you pay loads to let you in...</p>

<p>But, would it be worth it if, lets say I wanted to go to Berkely, and I went to their summer program. In applying, would it it worth it, or no?</p>
