Just curious. So, tommorow, as results get released, going to save your favorite ivy for last or look at it first? Or will you just be checking for all of them at the same time and which ever comes out soonest find out that one?

I'm def doing Harvard first...but I already got into MIT and Harvard is the only school I would pick over it so that may be why lol

I'm gonna do alphabetical order for simplicity's sake...lol

I applied to four Ivies, and I'll probably check Yale first, because I'm positive it's going to be a rejection (lower expectations are always better haha). I'll check my favorite (deferred ED) last.

i applied to brown and penn. i love penn more than brown, so i'm checking brown first. also i sort of think i have a better chance of getting into brown, so if i get in there it might soften the rejection from penn.

Does Harvard have a website? I thought they just sent e-mails?

simultaneously! yay for tabbed browsing!

i really don't know. harvard sends emails, so i guess i'll just wait for that... and the others, i'll do randomly.

Cornell, the Princeton... 'Cause if I'm rejected fromCornell then Princeton is a foregone conclusion, but if I'm rejected from Princeton then I'll be too scared to click Cornell because I'll be hanging onto that last shred of hope...Cornell is my last OOS shot. (rejected Stanford, waitlisted Gtown)

I'm getting nervous just writing this, luls.

Well I've bookmarked the websites for HYP and UPenn (yes apparently Harvard does have a website) for maximum efficiency =]

I only applied to Cornell and Yale. I will check Yale first and then Cornell (my #1, deferred ED)

Least favorite to favorite. There's simply no other way. Rejection from or acceptance to my top choice before checking on my other schools would be stupidly anti-climatic. This is the pinnacle of my high school career, and I'm not going to waste my time looking at the website of some nonsense safety school before that of my prize.

^ An Ivy League School is a safety school for you?

I'll be checking Yale first, then Harvard. I love Yale, so if I get in, I'll be happy, if I get rejected, I have the best school in the world to hope for.

cornell first, then penn, and constant inbox refreshing with harvard.

I only applied to Cornell and Harvard... so what I'm going to do is wait for the Harvard email... once I get it I won't open it, but will check Cornell's website first and then the email so I can get all of my disappointment or happiness in one shot.

harvard prbly since they send e-mails..so i'd get it 1st while for other colleges i'd ahve to go on their web sites then lookup my login to signin

^Stanford was still sending out e-mails today, which means it could take a while for Harvard to get their e-mails out too.

I know the Hopkins emails were pretty quick though...

On the other hand, I'm thinking about checking Penn first then Dartmouth... and maybe saving Tufts for after all of that, just so I can get it all in one big slam to the ego.

My son will be at school then BB till after 6:00. It's going to kill me to see the red AOL flag up all day! He forbid me to look. Do you think I should peek? :)

Aaaah, where are all the Columbia applicants! It's like we don't exist in the Ivy spectrum DD:

Right, anyways, I applied to only Cornell and Columbia. I got into Cornell already (CALS rolling admission), so just waiting for Columbia. Super excited!

I'm going to check Cornell, then Columbia, then Brown, from least favorite to most.
