a question for you SAT veterans..

im going to be taking the SATs for the first time on June 3rd.

what is the single most important piece of advice you could give me, and anyone else taking them this saturday?

=) thanks!

relax and be confident. I know it sounds cheesy to some people, but meditating is an excellent method to build both relaxation and confidence, try it the night before for about a half an hour before you go to sleep. Also, Remember that you can take it numerous times, and this isn't the ultamite deciding factor for the rest of your life. I always stretch my whole body before tests too, so as not to be antsy.

No matter how much you know, you might do crappy if you don't relax.

DancingBear,

I've taken the SAT more than once.
There is absolutely nothing to be worried about. Don't stress yourself out; the more confident you are about yourself and how you studied, the better you'll do.

Get a good night's sleep and read a little of whatever you have that is related to the SAT before you hit the sack. Take snacks with you to the test.

Don't worry and you'll do fine.
