A Question of Handwriting

I know this seems kind of wierd. But I looked at my essay online today and it was really blurry and hard to read in parts, so much, in fact, that I even struggled to read my own handwriting. Usually, I would describe my handwriting as simple and neat, and I am positive I wrote in #2 pencil. Was this the same scan that the essay graders saw? Does everyone's scan look really messy? Any suggestions for amending this problem, if it is one, before my next SAT are very much appreciated. (or will it even help me to improve the clarity of my handwriting?)

Thanks

i too noticed the same thing and had the same question. my handwriting came out terrible when it is really not that bad. bad handwriting often yields lower scores too.. so i hope they don't read our essays like that..

they look at your real essay or the one online O_O

happened to me too,... maybei should have written in pen so they could have read it in person :( and thus possibly receive a better score

don't you have to pay extra when you write in pen and let them read it in person?

I just looked at mine and it looked like an elementary school kid learning to write. The writing looked HUGE and sort of shaky.

I wonder if there is a difference between mechanical and regular pencil. I think the part of mine that generally looked the worst was the introduction (a great fisrt impression, eh?) because I erased a few lines and started over. That will teach me. By the way, if everyones looks so bad I feel really sorry for the graders.

I found the solution. When you view it on adobe, its big and clear.
