a question on "favorites" answers..

that might be a little too blatant
the mit answer would just be suicidal...
I guess www.yale.edu would be worse

Favorite Album: Circle Songs by Bobby McFerrin. Now that's music, my friends. I actually put this as my favorite site. Lame? No, sir. Too cool for most kids ;)

I think I'll pick something really unusual...I don't have an actual favorite, so I'll just find the most interesting one on my "favorites" list.

blondelocke...I love you. Those're my two favorite movies from when I was a little kid. (Amadeus still creeps me out, though--I first saw it when I was seven and it scared me to DEATH).

zantedeschia:
The thing is, "This Side of Paradise" is my favorite book. But I felt too dumb putting it so I compromised with "The Great Gatsby" and "Anna Karenina" instead.

I put an album - "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme" (Simon and Garfunkel.) What song did you put?

Hallelujah
(it was in Shrek, lol)

shrek = amazing

good call

Oh I know it's so funny. Have you seen Shark Tale? Not as good in my opinion, but worth watching.

no yet, but it's at the local "cheap sets" this weekend so my mum and i are going together :)

right i'm going to bed after an incredibly unproductive evening. good night!

good night!
CC makes me incredibly unproductive, as does senior year, and thursday nights. Great combination

can you put a search engine as your favorite site - like yahoo.com ?

i thought about 'google'...but then I thought that unless I qualified it or made it funny in some way, it would sound really generic....it would sort of defeat the point, which is to get to know the applicant better. I'll have to take a long, hard look through my favs list....I certainly don't have a 'stand out' favorite site (besides www.princeton.edu, which would look like a total suck-up if I actually put it...) ah, well, here goes...there are waaay too many

2 on my list is www.foxnews.com, but that might be a little too un-pc as so many people call fox 'right wing'...

...maybe I'll put www.georgewbush.com....now that's not politically loaded or anything

but what if a search engine really really is your favorite?? Toni Morrison is one of my favorite authors, and i've had to compromise on that one (likely reactions ---> "how corny!" "what a kiss-ass".) See? it really sucks when your favorites don't 'sound good'/they ironically seem kiss-arse. Well, screw them, if google.com is my favorite, then so be it! :) P.S. Kebree - you have a great sense of humor! hey, and how do you get words in italics?

type [ i ] before the text and [ / i ] after the text, except with no spaces between the i's, slash, or brackets (so: {i} text {/i} or {i}text{/i} )

you can do the same for bold : [ b ] and [ / b ]

ihey, thanks!/i lol :) ~ what did you put for your other favorites, like keepsake/momento?

okay, that so did not work? :) (embarassed)

use brackets: {i} and {i/} <-- except with the straight brackets like these: [ and ]

I'm not sure a/b keepsake...maybe a leather necklace I bought from an old irish woman on the Cliffs of Moher when I was eleven...it has this funny pendant made from horseshoe nails...
