A lot of the schools that I am applying to require that I list (generally three) potential majors, and all include the choice of "undecided." I am applying to COlumbia College in NYC, and am curious as to whether or not it is in my best interests to list the majors I am interested in or to remain "undecided." I am interested in majoring in some sort of science, like physics or chemistry or biochemistry, but I am also considering minoring in French or English or something...what should I do? Should I list some incompatible majors? like french and physics? or should I say that I am undecided? I don't know if this will affect my chances, or if it is purely for interest, or what? Can someone please shed some light on this?
