A question on scholarships...

I apologize if this falls elsewhere, or if there is any other thread similar to this.
Edit: ack, I just realized the scholarship section. Oops.

Alright so, I messed up freshman year. Not with, like, //horrible// or //failing// grades, but I did receive about three c's, my unweighted GPA being 3.2. I don't really believe that with this I can get a scholarship for academics, but I do know that I have abilities in art. So, I've been considering applying for an art scholarship when I can (since not many are available to highschool sophomores), but if I did, would I have to study for art?
I plan on studying anthropology and South Asian studies at SOAS in London, which is certainly far from the art field. If I did have to study in art, are there any other options?

Thank you in advance.
