<p>So I submitted my mid-year grades to USC via the online form. They didn't ask me for the grades, I just did it because I did well 1st semester. I just got my report card today, do I have to send a copy of my report card to USC admissions office or is the online form just enough?</p>
<p>According to the online form they want you to mail a copy as well. I don’t think it has to be an official transcript - a copy will do. Look in the upper right hand corner of the online form for instructions and address.</p>
