<p>Hey i just found out I might be moving and will switch high schools. I just need to know of what will happen to my gpa and class rank once I move. Does it start over or continue or get recalculated and same with my class rank. Does switching look bad for college especially Uc's? I just wanted to know of what will happen to my gpa and class rank and my Uc's chances. Thank you for your help.</p>
<p>Switching tends to not effect anything. The only reason it would look bad is if you got kicked out of your old school. To my knowledge your GPA will switch over and your rank will be adjusted based on that school.</p>
