<p>From what I understand both UF Law and FSU Law should crack the Top-50 next year. This is due to the decline of Big Law on the national scene. Also very few student are wanting to take on private school debt when they can go to 2 perfectly good top level public law schools with very little debt.</p>

<p>Also what from I understand, UF’s numbers were reported incorrectly to USNews… so the ranking is a little bit down.</p>

<p>I heard they are also cutting UF Law’s entering class by over a hundred a year. I am wonder why in the heck did we go down if this is in fact the case?</p>

<p>I guess you are saying that we reported the numbers incorrectly. Damn I hope someone got fired for this mishap.</p>

<p>The incorrectly reported numbers wouldn’t have drastically made a difference (maybe 1 or 2 ranking spots). But I remember reading a letter from the dean of UF Law stating that. I wanted to ask the dean about the rankings at a UF-related function I went to recently but I didn’t have the guts to bring it up.</p>

<p>Could it be that there is a 1 year lag when it comes to stats like class size?</p>

<p>It sounds to me that Dean Robert Jerry is a liability. Maybe the Levin College of Law should go in a different direction?</p>

<p>The College of Law has only raised $17 million out of the $47 million goal for our latest Capital Campaign…</p>

<p>With Levin’s alumni prestige that just flat out sucks in my opinion.</p>

<p>…and even worst for UF law. Even though I agree that you cant judge with just 16 people taking it, but all you see is the percentage when numbers are reported. </p>

<p>Almost every law school bombed the latest Florida Bar.</p>

<p>UF, FSU, and UM (the 3 best in Florida) had bad numbers. If it was just Levin I would be concerned.</p>
