A reach, match and safety?

So I'm having tons of trouble with the college search. It seems like a lot of people on this site know what colleges are looking for. Can someone help me determine a reach, safety and match school for me? My stats are-

I'm a rising senior from Tennessee hoping to major in Russian Language and Literature and attend on an Air Force ROTC Scholarship.
Unweighted GPA- 3.88
ACT Composite- 31
English- 34
Reading- 32
Math- 28
Science- 28
(This is from one test date)
My highest ACT Scores are-
English- 34
Reading 34
Math- 28
Science- 30
PSAT- 196
I've taken 3 AP classes so far, the only ones my school has offered (European History, English and Composition, and US History). My schedule only allows me to take 2 of the 3 AP classes available my senior year, so I will be taking English and Literature and World History.
I also took the highest level math this semester, Dual Enrollment Precalculus, although I know the credit won't be transferable.
I'm the Junior Class Treasurer, the National Honor Society Secretary, and am a member of the Beta Club and Key Club.
I'm the battalion commander in my Army JROTC Unit, and was awarded the Sons of the American Revolution Cadet of the Year for Tennessee for the 2013-2014 school year, and will be moving to the national level.
I also received the Military Officers Association of America award.
I attended Volunteer Girls State last week.
I was selected to attend the Naval Academy Summer Seminar which will be held next week.
I participated in my local Distinguished Young Women program where I was awarded runner up, and got scholarships for first place in self expression, runner up in scholastics and interview.
I have volunteered with the local hospital since freshman year and have accumulated over 400 hours.
I coordinated with the Ronald McDonald House to run the Autumn Children's Festival which resulted in over 500 hours of manpower.
I also coordinated and ran JROTC's team at this year's Relay for Life to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
I coordinated with the Soddy Daisy Food Bank to run our annual food drive for JROTC.
I also coordinated with Chattanooga Blood Assurance to run 2 blood drives at Soddy Daisy High School.
I have also accumulated 345 hours of volunteer work through various JROTC activites and 30 hours through the National Honor Society.
I'm also on the Drill Team, Color Guard, Honor Guard and I fence competitively.
I'm the captain of our leadership team which placed 3rd against 400 schools in the 7th Brigade Regional Competition.

Thank you so much!

Fairly quality body of work

Reach: Brown (if you pick an ivy this would suit you the best)
Match: Vandy
Safety: Tennessee

If you bring the ACT up to a 33 or so I think Brown will be a low reach Vandy a high match and Tennessee well yeah

Try the Supermatch in this site to narrow down a list of schools with 95% or above matching score and start looking at them.

I’d put Vanderbilt as a reach, on top of Brown.

UTN as a safety? Yes. Might want to consider UVA as a match… albeit somewhat high.

Thanks so much! I’ll definitely have to try the Supermatch as well. And I’m not opposed to going anywhere out of state, I’ve even considered UCLA for their strong language program.

UCLA may very well be a match but can you afford OOS tuition there?

Can you please tell us more on what your looking for( region, tuition, major, greek life , etc)

I’m not very concerned with region, because I’ve spent a lot of time in a college setting away from home (Governor’s School, Girl’s State, and the Naval Academy Summer Seminar which I forgot to include). As for tuition I don’t qualify for need based financial aid so plan on doing work study in addition to the Air Force ROTC Scholarship I hope to receive. I’m okay woth graduating with some debt but can hopefully work most of it off.
The two majors I’m considering are Russian Language and Literature and Korean Language and Literature.
As of right now I don’t care much for greek life, I might join if the college I attend has it but it’s definitely not a deal breaker

Schools to consider: UCLA, American U, Boston U, Bowdoin, Amherst, Boston College, UWashington, and Baylor

Some good matches for you (that are very good schools!) are top UCs (LA, Berkeley, Davis, San Diego), Boston College, American, Butler… etc! Use a college search

A reach would be any Ivy or schools like Stanford, Duke, Vandy, Etc

University of Michigan. I have no idea why people would recommend Brown to this student… that doesn’t seem to be a fit to me.

^ OOS for UMich is very expensive. Particularly she would be a match or high match that would not get merit aid.
