I was always upset at the lack of information about post-grad options for UW-Madison students, especially as a pre-frosh looking around on this website. Take this for what it is worth, but here are some things my friends are doing. I am trying to avoid covering too many "prestigious" ventures in order to give a fair taste.

That's really all I can remember.... point is: IT VARIES. CC gives such warped views of what colleges offer to students. It's as if every student applying to Williams College or Yale wants to do ONE THING and ONE THING only: investment bank. That's crap. I was told for my interests to take out 50K in loans and attend Michigan back in the day on this very website. It would have been one of the worst decisions ever. I've got a solid GPA, great recommendations, a strong GRE score, hopefully a strong LSAT score, and I'll get into some of the strongest joint JD/PhD programs in the country if I test at the level I am current around.
