A simple question coming from a prospective Wolverine

<p>Hi all. This question is for all who know about the transfer process at Umich-Ann Arbor</p>

<p>my question is simple-</p>

<p>I know for a fact that UM takes out the - and + when calculating grades for freshman applications. Do they do the same for your college GPA when applying for transfer?</p>

<p>Eh? How would that work? So if I have a A, A -, B+ and B, It'd count as two A's and two B's? hence, my gpa would be 3.5?I'm planning to apply for spring admission in Michigan too so it'd be helpful to know.</p>
