A sophomore

<p>Hey,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if I'm on the right track to get accepted into a Ivy school... im a freshmen currently I'll be a sophomore This year.</p>

<p>9th Courses:
Spanish 2
HOPE (gym class my high school requires)
English I honors
AP Calculus AB
Biology Honors
Creative Writing (First semester) / dual enrollment Computer micro-applications (second sem)
World History Honors
Taking chemistry hon and physics hon online</p>

<p>I am hoping I have all A's this year...so far so good and I'm hoping for a 5 on AP calc</p>

<p>10th courses:
Latin I
Acting I
English II honors
AP calculus BC
AP Physics B
AP statistics
AP Euro</p>

<p>EC:
Freshmen and sophomore class president
Math club
So how's my first two years? Any recommendations for courses my 10th grade year?</p>

<p>You’re a freshman. So much can happen in 3 years. Come back then and post your stats (unless they are pretty good, because then there’s no way to tell at those top schools anyway so a chance thread is stupid and unnecessary)</p>

<p>Sorry for bringing back an old thread haha but just going through all my old posts since I’m going to college in a week now. And born2dance94 was spot on with his comment.</p>

<p>For all of you worrying about college: Don’t be worried! Just do your very best, have fun, and do the things you’re passionate about. 4 years went by so quickly and so many things happened that I couldn’t have even imagined. All the worrying I did the past four years really didn’t make a difference. All the work I put in, the support I received, and the advice I followed was what mattered in the end. Sure, people say to go find the opportunities…but sometimes, they come to you. It’s your job to pursue it when it does.</p>
