A sophomore's worried! Quick, to his rescue...?

I know I'm starting early here, but hopefully it's not new for you guys here. I've just been thinking about my future in college and (hopefully) medical school. I'm pretty set on attending in my home state of IL; however, out-of-state is still an option. I haven't decided whether it be public or private. I'm an A student, but in high school I've been getting a number B's which have gotten me worried. Here is me:

Frosh year (first sem, second sem) (all most rigorous courseload):
Spanish 2 for freshmen: B+, A-
World History: B+, A-
Honors Alg. 2 (one year ahead): A-, B+
Honors Bio: B+, A-
Honors English: A-, B+
Art & Design: A+, A

Soph year (first sem) (most rigorous courseload)
Spanish 3: B+
AP Euro History: A-
Honors Trigonometry (onto AP Calc A next sem): A-
Honors Chemistry: B+
Honors English: A-
Drawing: A

Other stuff:
Taken Gifted Education second semester of frosh year and all of sophomore year.
PLAN score - 29 (Estimated ACT range is 30-33. Hopefully I can bump up my lowest score (English, 26) by then to get a better score)
PSAT Selection index - 185
Math team (I know, nerdy!) - Will be taking all 4 years
Scholastic Bowl - All 4 years
Chess - Soph-Senior year
UW GPA: 3.7
W GPA: 4.4

Class rank: 32 of 544 (hoping to get in at least top 25)

As for the schools...

Loyola University Chicago
University of Illinois at Chicago
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaigne
Northwestern University (Long shot?)
University of Chicago (Long shot?)

Thanks!

Loyola - In
UIC - In
UIUC - Match
Northwestern - Reach
Chicago - Reach

Wow. I didn’t expect such a quick response. Even better is a member who is actually in Chicago. Those chances put me at ease, especially since those schools are in order from most interested to least. Thank you VERY much!
