a stupid question about stanford supplement.

so i have a dumb question (and I know i'm overthinking the situation and such) about the following stanford supplement question:

Virtually all of Stanford's undergraduates live on campus. What would you want your freshman roommate to know about you? Tell us something about you that will help your roommate -- and us -- know you better.

Instead of just talking about one thing, I listed five completely random things about myself and elaborated a bit on each point with a couple of sentences. Would that be acceptable as opposed to spending the entire question discussing one thing about myself? i took the "roommate" part of the question literally and told them stuff that i really would tell my roommate.

so anyone think that it's COMPLETELY a bad idea? i'm pretty sure i'm going with this, but let me know if its something i should avoid.

I think it’s fine. many of my friends in university say this would be a good place to be creative and let loose, show more personality. the advice came a bit late for me though haha.

that’s what i was thinking too. thanks for your help.
