A UCSD student thinking about becoming a visiting student at UCLA

I am thinking about going to UCLA for my third year as a visiting student. Is it possible to do that? Is there an application that needs to be filled out? Where can I find more information about the visiting student program?

Haha, I want to do the same thing, except vice-versa. I know there’s something called “concurrent enrollment”, but I’m not exactly sure if that’s what you’re interested in doing.

During summer, anyone (i.e. that includes you) could take classes at any UC

You may be able to take classes here for a quarter… not sure what the program is, I looked it up at some point but I can’t recall. Google + UCLA admissions.

It’s called the Intercampus Visitor Program:

[UCLA Schedule of Classes: Enrollment](http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/soc/enroll.htm#Anchor-Special-48213)

Go to your counselor to have them explain the (moderately complicated) application and deadlines. Like Deuces said, it’s for the quarter, not the year. I thought about doing it but only went so far as to get an application. As far as I can recall, you need a reason why attending another campus gives you something UCSD cannot - simply wanting to temporarily attend UCLA won’t do the trick.
