A Very Nontrad Transfer (RecLetter+DeanReport)

I would like to apply to Georgetown as a Junior transfer. They ask for a Dean Report from my current college and a professor's letter of rec. I havn't been in a classroom for 2 years. What should I do?

I graduated form high school in 2001 (33 college credits)
Spent 3 semesters at a university fall 2001 thru fall 2002 (35 hours)
Joined the Military in 2003 attended Defense Language Institute spring 2003
thru fall 2004 (45 hours)
I worked in the military fall 2004-now
I am getting out in February 2007
Plan on applying for fall 2007

Can I use the Defense Language Institute as my current college?
What would you guys do? Has anyone had to go through something like this?

thanks, sara.

the deans report is only to see that you left the university in good standing, so getting the deans signature shouldnt be a problem....on another note, try to find a teacher that remembers you from your old college, but if you cant, i think u should be ok using the other institute for a letter of rec. They always want the most present school.
