That’s possible. Look around and you’ll see numerous people reporting a similar increase.

It’s very very possible if you haven’t studied yet. If that’s the case, get the Blue Book and rip through it and you’ll have a decent chance at 2200+ if you review all of your wrong answers, etc.

It makes sense that he studied because he took the test twice…
It is definitely easier to increase your WR from 600 to like 740-50 since the questions are straightforward and you only need to know the kinds of questions asked

I agree w/ cr7, if you learn how to write a good essay and know the grammar rules you should be able to score in the 700’s. I went from a 610 writing to a 760 writing, so yes it’s definitely possible.
Reading might be a little hard… I went up 60 in that mainly because of the reading strategies I learned… I recommend you start reviewing vocab now if you want a 700.
Math might be hard for you because 780 is only -1 and you’re getting like, -5 or so right now.

idk i kind of disagree. I had similar scores as you and had always dreamed of getting that 2200, but sometimes what you’re capable of is what you’re going to get. it seems like high 600’s-low 700’s are your range and maybe that is what is working for you. everyone is different. i took mine three times, all the time aiming for that 2100, and on the third shot i got a 2040, but a 2100 superscored. take it a 3rd time and see what happens, but don’t try and get so deadset on the 2200 because you may be disappointed in the end. i’m not trying to discourage you i’m just saying that I can relate to you and it may be best to be realistic. also, try the ACT!

I think it’s possible. I had a 1980 the first time I took the test in january, and what I did after was basically rip through the Blue Book, memorize 500 vocab, and prepare a few examples for my essay. I used Academichacker’s essay guide and it bumped my essay from a 9 to a 11/12 (don’t know my score yet). I also practiced working faster and set my time limits 5 mins shorter than usual. The second time I took the test, which was in June, I improved 320 points and got a 2300.

It’s definitely possible to increase your score by 160pts if you put in the effort. You basically want to go over everything related to the math and writing sections. Those two are the easiest to increase, but don’t forget reading. My advice is unless you’re applying to colleges that do not superscore, don’t get too down about single sitting scores. Just make sure you get to the stage you were at when you took it the first time and then go even higher because your CR and W scores dipped a little the second time.
