Did everyone get this Dec. 6 e-mail? It seems strange that Athletics would send a “welcome” through the Admissions office to unadmitted students. I’m probably reading too much into it, but is this a “wink and a nod” letter?
My D got an actual letter (!) from a different school. When she read it, we learned about a person who heads a certain group at the college. Nothing about chances of getting in, or if they were interested in my D. So, I thought that was a bit weird. Nice to get a real letter in the mail, though.
