well, a teacher at my church (also a lawyer) wrote me a letter of recommendation ...but i could not include it in my appeal letter because he was gone for several weeks on a business trip... do u think if i ask the under grad admissions about this i could fax it to them or something? thanks

Let it go dude.

why would that matter at all for you appeal???

no, im not going to, this man has received the 2nd highest award offered in the military and he is a lawyer, everyone that he wrote a rec for ucla has gotten in, so say what u want, but idc

just send it in

loslobos- well, it is a recommendation, and he has known me for a while... so i dont see how it could hurt

it seems entirely too late to be appealing. Why would you want to go to a school that doesnt want you anyway?

no, i already sent in my appeal 3 weeks ago, it is just the rec. that i want to add, i want to go to ucla because of the strong music program, thanks for your rudeness

It does seem a bit late to appeal...

I think loslobos71 was simply reiterating what many on this site tell themselves: why go to a school that doesn't want me?
