AA strange case asks for an advice for Bowdoin

Hey, here is my story.

Originally, I am from Bulgaria and I will graduate high-school in my native country. However, I have a green card, which from what I have discovered doesn’t qualify me as an international student because green card holders and American students have equal chances, I think.

I want to apply to Bowdoin College, ED II with the “no SAT’s” option, though my SAT is not really that bad (2040).

Grades:
I study at the most competitive English high-school in my country and in order to get in I had to sit 2 exams when I was 14. Only the 200 best got a spot.
The grade system is slightly different, but very demanding nonetheless. My GAP is perfect. It's American equivalent must be 4.00

Extracurriculars:
My school, as do practically all Bulgarian schools, offers a limited choice of extracurriculars. There are also practically no awards given by the school for which I could compete. Competitions besides the Olympiads are a rarity.
I dedicated myself to the development to most of the already existing clubs and even established a few.

I am the editor-in-chief of the school's newspaper for which I started to write when I was a freshman. I became editor-in-chief in my sophomore year. I turned the on-and-of staff of 10 journalists into a one of nearly 60; increased the number of copies considerably; found sponsors; won a competition for student’s newspapers; Participated in a journalistic project for which out stff was congratulated by the Minster of Education and editors of several prominent newspapers.

I have won an award for journalistic excellence in a competition for an article of mine.

I have two articles published in professional newspapers

In addition, I headed a journalistic workshop, which aimed to help students from other schools in establishing their own newspapers and honing their writing skills.

I also headed the newspaper of this workshop, thus at a time I was the editor-in-chief of two newspapers.

I have also won an award in an essay competition on Marthin Luther King

In my sophomore year I took part in a competition against 60 of the best English students in the country to participate in the Model European Parliament. There were only 3 spots available.

I got one of them and the chance to represent my country in Bonn, Germany.

My excellent performance on the first session allowed me to participate in the next one in The Hague, the Netherlands, this time as Head of Delegation.

The Queen of the Netherlands herself, who was attending the ceremony, praised the speech I delivered on the opening ceremony very highly and shook my hand.

During the General Assembly I was elected by my committee to deliver the speech in favor the resolution, which passed with 90% of the votes in favor.

I am also the co-founder and co-president of the Photography club

Co-founder of Interact club International for Sofia

Elected Journalist for the PTPI, Sofia

I have worked for my uncle’s vet centre and helped blind people

3rd Place on the History Olympiad (10th grade)

A diploma for excellent performance on the Physics Olympiad (10th, 11th )

One of only a few students to be chosen from my school to take part in:
European Union’s program for talented students - History
European Union’s program for talented students - English literature
European Union’s program for talented students - Bulgarian Literature

I was chosen to take part in the TELESCOPE Scientific Program on the subject if stem cells.
I’ve also played tennis since I was about 5.

Do you think these activities are good enough for Bowdoin? Do you think applying to Bowdoin as a green card holder, who hasn’t finished high-school in the US and who won’t send SAT scores will affect my chances?

Thanks to everyone who bothered to read all this.
