<p>As I sit here in the midst of a Blizzard, I can't help but ask... what would my chances of transferring to USC (cali) from Tufts with a 3.3 and a lot of ECs, good HS grades after sophomore year of college</p>
<p>Maybe 50%, or slightly above? I dunno, Tufts is a well-respected school, but that 3.3 might give them something to think about. Is it an upward trend?</p>
