<p>I applied for architecture! I never really got a clear idea on how the admissions people look over our applications though… Anyone know? Like order of importance and if grades & testing scores are really such a big factor if you have a good portfolio?</p>
<p>Oh, i think it’s more of a balance. Good portfolio and academic achievements are equally important. But I wouldn’t know for the specifics of Architecture; i applied to Art :T</p>

<p>for architecture, they make academic cuts first. then they look at your portfolios. the admissions person told me they grade the academics portion from a scale of 1 to 5, and usually the 4~5 are admitted. portfolio is separately reviewed by professors.</p>
<p>Archi here too! Hopefully getting a five in academics But i’m sooooo not sure about portfolio, it really depends on who’s looking at it!</p>
