<p>hey guys just a quick question:</p>

<p>If i have a 3.5 UW gpa with the hardest classes (5 AP's) school offers 6, but then i get a 2250 on my SAT does it make up for my 3.5 UW ?</p>

<p>I also attend Whitney High School in California (#1 public high school in California/ #3 in the nation) if that means anything</p>

<p>I'm also an African-American student that's been involved in sports my whole life.</p>

<p>I'm looking at schools like UCLA, UCSD, and USC</p>

<p>and could someone tell me how to calculate my weighted UC gpa please</p>

<p>I hate that people think a 3.5 UW is pathetic. At a generic mediocre public highschool, sure. At a really competitive highschool, in conjuction with great AP scores, it's fine. Seriously. Unless you've got a string of Cs in there somewhere.</p>

<p>And your'e instate for all the UCs, you've got a good chance.</p>
