AB Duke

Are accepted early decision students considered for the AB Duke scholarship or is that only for regular decision candidates?

My understanding is that all students, regardless of application round, are considered for the AB Duke. (At least, this is the case for the Robertson.)

It does not matter if you were accepted ED or RD. Merit scholarship decisions are made in April/May and the combined group is considered when these decisions are made.

How do they even consider one for being an AB scholar? They claim they’re not looking for perfectionists or the like, but does one need relatively high statistics in order to receive it or are essays/recs/supplemental research considered moreso than stats?
