AB, ScB, or both? CHANCES?

I really don’t know what exaclty I’m supposed to choose here… I’m guessing AB, but here’s the deal: I want to major in economics with a minor in cognitive neuroscience.

Also, how much of a chance do I have?

There are no minors at Brown. That's a good start.

It doesn't really matter what you apply for unless it's something that requires extra essays.

which is better if you want to do biology research at a graduate school?

ScB. If you are going to be persuing graduate level work int he sciences AB will put you at a pretty big disadvantage unless you got an AB in something else as well, and worked at the interface of those two things (assuming there is no program that integrates the two already).

Let me just point out that what you put on your application means nothing at all about which degree you will actually receive.

Yeah, don't make it out like this is going to be your final decision-- I assure you, it's not 8 out of 10 times.
